Here Ryan chats with (or ignores) three of Seattle's finest ladies.
And here Ryan's broods again while posing between a black bear and some kittens in t-shirts.
You can buy some of the original art online here. Prints will be rolling into the Etsy shop over the next couple months as well.
While we were in town, we stopped by for a long overdue visit to my cousin friend's third grade class. Actually, it was three third-grade classes total. The kids were familiar with Ryan's work and he promised them a drawing lesson using the school mascot, a bobcat, as a model.
We couldn't believe how wonderful each and every drawing was! Thanks to Mrs. Cherian and all the third graders at Blackwell Elementary for the opportunity to have so much fun drawing during class!
The kids even insisted on procuring our autographs first thing and, as you can see above, we are now noted famous people. I hope the paparazzi doesn't catch wind of this!

that's awesome!

This post had me yelling "oh my god...Oh My God...OH MY GOD!" at increasingly louder volume as I scrolled down. Those kids doing Ryan fan art is the best thing I've seen in a long while - and the one with the Frankenstein bolts. Come on!!!

Those 3rd graders are unbelievable! I especially love the cat with only the collar and tie and big round belly!
