Okay, the holidays are over. Seriously, what happened? If it weren't for some photographic evidence, I'm not sure I would even remember the last four weeks. Here is what I've been able to decipher through my photographic bread crumb trail:
All possible surfaces in our house looked like this for a good three weeks.
We found time at the last minute to make the vegan dinosaur Christmas cookies I'd been so eager to bake! See if you can match them to their assigned names: "See-Through Lungs", "Green Galoshes", "Christmas Rash", "Racing Stripes", "Brain Freeze", and "Kabbalah Tail".
We had to take Ryan to the ER at 2am during our busiest week. Don't like!!! (But he's okay, see?)
And finally (and this part I do remember), we brought this new pal home to live with us:
His name is Walker and he was a rescue from the Oregon Humane Society.
I think he likes us.
We're getting back to business around the Berkley Illustration headquarters so expect those new animals we promised you very very soon (which will include the winner of the last animal vote --- FINALLY!)
Happy new year to you!
